Bianca James from Studio B Fitness leads you through a slow flow class to help stretch and unwind. We focus on the breath and releasing tension from the mind and body through gentle stretching and holding certain yoga poses for a period of time.

 

Practicing Yoga on a regular basis will leave you feeling open, lighter and free from tension and stress both mind and body

Suitable for all levels.
