Tai Chi is gentle exercise that stimulates the body from head to toe. It stimulates the digestion, lungs and heart to increase the flow of air and blood around the body. This reduces fatigue and improves concentration and memory. Balance improves over time. This is one of the best ways to prevent falls.

Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. All levels of fitness welcome as you work to your own level.
