60+ Fun Fitness
Come and have fun with this gentle exercise class!
Enjoy moving to great music that you can hum along to while improving your muscle strength, fitness, flexibility and balance.
The class format uses standing and seated exercises (we do not go down to the floor) but all moves have seated alternatives if needed.
Suitable for anyone looking for a safe low-impact,low-intensity workout even if you have stable chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes or obesity
Sessions may also help:
¨ improve bone mineral density
¨ prevent falls and injuries from falls
¨ improve balance and flexibility
When: Thursdays, 2nd May- 4th July 2019 (10 sessions)
Time: 10:00- 11:00pm
Where: Coffs Harbour Women’s Health Centre, 45-53 Little Street
Cost: $75 or $55 HCC Holders
