The class format uses standing and seated exercises (we do not go down to the floor) but all moves have seated alternatives if needed & includes some dance aspects.
Suitable for anyone looking for a safe low-impact, low-intensity workout even if you have stable chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes or obesity
