Rest & Recharge Yoga

In this Rest and Recharge yoga course you will learn to let your body soften and open, calm the mind and

recharge yourself.


You will hold poses for longer with the support of blocks, allowing your body to stretch and release in it’s own time.


You will notice where your thoughts go and train your mind to let go of that mind chatter.


Become more in tune with your body and it’s needs.


Feel lighter and more relaxed, by giving this quiet time for yourself.


You don’t need to much effort in to feel all the benefits of this practice.


When: Fridays 16th Feb- 13th April 2018 (9 sessions)
